• Estate-Grown Grains: Planted, tended, and harvested on our family farm
• On-Site Malting: We malt our own in-house for complete control and character
• Mashed, Fermented & Distilled On-Site: All processing happens in our custom-built distillery
• Aged in our warehouse on the farm where it is shaped by Ohio seasons
• Zero Outsourcing: No sourced spirits, no shortcuts — just real whisky, grown from the ground up

What’s in a Cask?

• One (1) 53-gallon barrel (Founder's) or 5-gallon barrel (Steward's) of 100% Estate Single Malt Whisky or Bourbon
• Grown, malted, milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled entirely on-site
• Charred American white oak barrel (char #3 or #4)
• Aging in our warehouse
• Custom brass nameplate affixed to your barrel
• Bottling with custom labels featuring your name or company logo and commemorative packaging
• Option to use your own corn in your bourbon custom mash bill

• Annual Private Tasting & Tour: Taste your whisky each year and walk the fields where it began
• A Full Agriculture Report on your barley: Where it was grown, when it was planted and harvested
• A copy of handwritten notes from when we malted your batch
• A full distilling report including mashing, fermenting and distilling
• Custom Bottling Options: Choose your proof, label design, and bottling format
• Collector’s Crate: Your full cask, bottled and beautifully packaged for presentation or gifting
